Welcome!

I am working toward a PhD degree at ISCTE-IUL as a worker/student, and I am a Research Assistant at ISTAR, ISCTE's R&D unit. I am also an invited professor in ISCTE-Sintra, School of Applied Technologies, for the curricular unit Operating Systems and Virtualization.

I hold a 5-year BSc in Electrical Engineering, and the curricular units of MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering, (both from IST-UTL, Portugal).

Since the academic year 2020/2021, I am been working as an Invited professor at ISCTE-IUL.

I am been a tutor of diverse subjects of higher education, since 2008.

From June 1991 to December 2019, I provided IT services to companies and individuals on a self-employed basis: consultancy, support, programming, and training. I temporarily suspended this professional activity to devote myself to my doctorate.

I was employed between January 1987 and May 1991, providing IT services and training.
